ounces sweet chocolate (Ghirardelli is good!)

teaspoon cinnamon
1
tablespoon + 1 teaspoon brandy
Heat cream over low heat in a 1½ cup fondue pan. Break chocolate into pieces & add to cream, stirring until melted & smooth. Stir in cinnamon & brandy. Serve with sliced banana, angel food cake cubes & maraschino cherries.
