Butter Cream Frosting


Makes just enough to frost a two-layer 8”-round cake. You may want to make another 1/2 recipe if you like lots of frosting on your cake.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 pound powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup milk


Cream butter. Beat in sugar alternately with milk. Then add vanilla. Beat until smooth.
